I'm not sure, but I *think* the main part of it is you buy their food, as Mal said. It basically entails a bunch of frozen dinners that they give you and you're to eat one per meal. I've seen people signing up for it with good intentions, only to find the meals are small and either eating all the meals for say a week in a day or two, or eating other crap in between the meals, more or less negating any positive effects.
I'm also pretty sure it ain't cheap, again, as Mal already said.
