What are my options to reduce muscle fatigue?
I am very physically active and I was wondering what options I have to reduce muscle fatigue after heavy use. I understand that getting the proper amount of sleep and proper stretching help, but are there any solutions that aren't simply do less?
Are there certain foods that can help with this, or are there any other things I can do to help myself out here? I would really like to find a solution to being sore every damn day.
