You're Beautiful. I wouldn't say Blunt sounds much like Ben Gibbard (of Death Cab for Cutie), but he does seem to meet the criteria (namely, an effeminate sounding male singer who sings slow ballads). And "good-bye my lover" might be misheard as "call my mother."
Like I said, it's a long shot and I somehow doubt that's the track you're looking for, but it's worth looking into.
