The Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle-Earth 2
I picked this up last week and it is all I have been playing since. Similar enough to C&C: Generals to jump right in and yet different enough to stand on its own. I'm hoping to get my friends playing this so it can be the star of our next LAN. This is the RTS that I have been aching to play the last few months. I see this as being my RTS of choice until Supreme Commander arrives.
Last night I watched The Return of the King after playing and I must say that the game captures the movies brilliantly. Definitely worth looking into for anyone who likes the genre.
