In my purse:
wallet
keys
cell phone
chap stick
nail clippers
tweezers
bottle of Aleve
eye drops
sunglasses
purple ink pen (if it's not purple, it's not worth it)
cough drops
I empty out any spare change and receipts every night, and haven't been out yet today, so that's not in there yet
I try not to carry my checkbook, because then I might actually write checks... that's only for big purchases and rent
It's good to know I'm not alone in needing to carry a small purse... the bigger the purse, the more crap I keep in there.... I used to carry my Palm (very old, very big), but I down sized my purse
My boyfriend calls any purse I carry the purse of death, and refuses to go in it, even if it's just to get the gas card or some Aleve... he'll bring the whole thing over to me and make me get it out. =)
