What can I say, I'm an anthropologist, I think about evolution of bipedalism more than most people do...
But that's one method of natural selection... random genetic mutations! (except most dogs like this would have died and not survived to reproduce)
By the way, has anyone looked up the book that this lady wrote, on Amazon? I think she sounds more freaky than the dog, actually... a little too exploitative if you ask me. Still, I'm glad the dog got to be on national TV.
