Needle biopsy was done in the office... it was a pretty big needle (dont bescared) but they gave me a shot of novicane to deaden the area.. .this was a few years ago, since I had the last one...

Because of my family history (every single female relative on my mother's side of the family has had breast cancer) the doctor generally has not wanted to wait for the biopsy - and I was usually prepared ahead of time... (told doctor, I found a lump, I'm coming in... my previous doctors have all been good about making sure that there's an appointment available and not making me wait)
Have yourself a nice dinner tonite, enjoy Dave waiting on your hand and foot and relax as much as possible... Don't worry until you have something to worry about... and even then... whatever it is - you're being proactive about it...
