Thanks guys for all your input.
It seems as though most of the scabbing is now gone and it is smoothing over nicely, however, there is a small patch of colour that is now either faded or non-existent - probably due to a scab forming but being ripped out by movement (I can assure you I did not scratch, itch, pick or otherwise mutilate my tattoo!) or maybe just nothing at all. I don't know.
I'll post a picture in a little while!
