I do have the G15 and use it constantly with WoW. It's like having 18 more hotkey buttons, which I'm sure you could see the advantage of, especially in MMORPGs. For FPS games, though, I don't really see the advantage of the G15 other than the fact that you can program the LCD to display any information you'd like (ammo, health, or whatever). Also, the G15 feels much more sturdy than the Zboard, as this was a choice I had to make as well. The Zboard feels flimsy to me, and keep in mind that you'll have to buy a new "face" for every game you play.
Basically it all comes down to taste. If you have a CompUSA or a good BestBuy nearby, go to the store and try them both out.
I chose the G15 because it works well with any game, you can set up profiles that automatically change the macro keys depending on what application you have open (so that's 18 programmable keys + 3 modes = 54 programmable keys for each application), it feels like a nice sturdy keyboard for everyday use, and the LCD screen can show valuable information on whatever is important to you at the time. (I use mine to show song information most of the time, though).
