The problem with this is the power imbalance. When a woman is a gold-digger, she's more in control than someone who can't afford rent elsewhere. Obv, this isn't always the case, but the problem is still there.
Also, I wonder what happens if the tenant wants to date someone. How exclusive are these contracts, usually?
