I'm sure Huet will be like the vast majority of "amazing" goalies in recent years. He'll play great until his demands for an insane contract are met, then fall apart, or at best be average, for the remainder of his career. The only exceptions I've seen to this rule are Vokoun (although I'm not sure if he's got his giant contract yet) and Kiprusoff. This has even happened in a single season, with Ryan Miller of Buffalo. He was horrible last year, played his way to greatness this season, and as soon as he got his contract, he hasn't had a S% above .900 since, and has for now handed over the starting reigns to Biron.
Aebishcer was destined to fail in Colorado, as he was given the starting job after the team had already ripped apart their defensive ranks in the off season.
