I know the feeling. I have a huge project for that would combine both law and the web into one huge online app. I have all the resources, guide, content, layouts and so on. But I have yet to start it. Mainly because I am still alone on the project, none of my peers in my classes are at the same level for webdesign and those that are close enough to be of assistance wouldn't be able to commit the time needed for this project. But that's another story.
