Well let me give a better explanation of where I stand.
My father is an attorney, and my mother doesn't work, so I have been raised to follow him. Before I was out of high school, I had worked for a law firm for two years and worked for the state attorney for two years. I have always loved and worked with computers. I have a Computer Science minor, a Political Science minor, and a Information Technology major. It was practically bread into me that when I graduate I am going to law school and I am going to be an attorney. Now the closer I get to that the more I question it. I love the practice of law, I hate the study of it. I'm not sure if I could see myself being an attorney, but at the same time with computers being a hobbie that I have always enjoyed and done for fun, I am not sure if I can see myself doing them for work from now on. I think I would loose my enjoyment of them if it became a full time job. So i'm lost in the middle. I know all I need to know about the law side, but for jobs related to Information Technology, I know very little as far as how much the people actually enjoy their job. What they might have changed if they had a chance to do it again, and so on. I am just trying to get a better standing with what I would be getting myself into if I went to the tech side.
I have been considering for a long time mixing the two, doing law related to technology, the web, copyrights and such. But we'll see. I just would like to know how it has worked out for other people.
