It's believe it's possible to stop doing anything that you want to.
You have to
-want it. Be motivated.
-believe you will succeed.
-find a replacement. (i.e. diet - chew gum when you have a craving, stop watching as much TV - do a craft, stop spending so much time on the computer - find a new hobby.)
