Ahh, missed that.
This is an intresting thread for an American. One, these "prosperity checks" are an intresting concept. Two, I didnt realize that Ontario seems to be the whipping boy for the rest of the provinces. I guess that has to do with their pop size and the fact that they hold the most votes come election time. Intresting.
