They have more of a press entourage don't they? You watch though ... some hack looking to win a Pulitzer will have birthing photos posted on the web and the Cruise-Holmes's will make a huge stink about it. His interview with Matt Lauer confirmed that he's a nut job so none of this will surprise me.
