When I'm actually being good, and not lazy
, I do some CV (Cardiovascular) everyday, like biking, running, swimming, etc. I combine that with weight lifting maybe three times a week. To tone and not gain, do a set of repitions on a moderately low setting. Of course, diet is also important. Try to cut out the extra fat in your diet, and eat more of salads and sandwhichs, and things along those lines. Another thing to consider however, is that I am a female, and what works for me, might not work for you. I hope that helps a little.
