I'm going to be very unpopular for even bringing it up, but back on the farms where I grew up, the farmers sometimes had a similar problem with the barn cats. They just wouldn't stop breeding. The usual solution involved a big tub or bucket and a non-waterproof sack.
You may feel to strongly for the little guys to consider it (even though you're just feeding them to your pythons anyway), but it is an option.
