Well, it has been a while since I last posted anything here.
But I have still been working out.
My current stats are:
Height: 174cm (5’8”)
Weight: 64kg (141lbs)
Waist: 79cm (30in)
I’ve been getting to the gym fairly often, but sometimes I miss a few days, or even a week or so.
My strength is increasing, but size is coming very slowly.
(185bench press, more then my old weight)
Bicep is only 32cm
That is smaller then it was recently, even though I got stronger, I’m still getting smaller.
My body fat seems around 11%
I don’t know, I guess I’m just expecting too much. I want to be diesel, have abs etc.
Everyone tells me I’m skinny, or “have you lost more weight?”
But I still feel like I’m not happy with my body.
I guess, I can see how anorexic people think.
Fat around the face, or the middle etc.
I still eat though, quite a bit.
Giant bowls of ramen, hamburgers, chocolate cake.
I’ve eaten more Mac in Japan, then I ever did in America.
I think the gym, plus all the walking around Japan, has me staying stable.
But, I just feel so small and skinny. I want to bulk up more, but it just isn’t working.
I always thought I had a slow metabolism but maybe it speed up in the life of this city.
I have stabled out in Japan though, not stressing as much anymore. I think I was really going crazy there for a while
Overall if you want to loose weight… move to Tokyo…
I just hope I don’t rebound when I get back to USA. I know there is nothing magical in the air here that is making me loose weight.. but I just feel like it is sooooo much easier to gain weight in the States.
