One of the major hotel chains, hilton/hyatt I don't remember - as part of their "rewards" program - you fill out a questionairre... like what kind of pillows do you like, do you prefer water or soda or wine as the in room treat, do you want fruit or chips -- basically letting you act like a celebrity with your own requests... There's another smaller Boutique hotel chain (Hotel monaco) that will have a treadmill in your room for you if you so request it - as well as fulfilling other requests - and no requests are too outlandish -- this hotel supplies a goldfish if you want it so you can have a pet in the room with you -- it's not a dog, but it's company...
