I really don't see how you're still misunderstanding -- A has authority over you. A is ignorant. You dislike A's authority because they're ignorant.. B has authority over you. B is ignorant. You dislike B's authority because they're ignorant. Continue this with the rest of the alphabet. Do you see that by the time you get to Z you have a general dislike of authority because it is empirically spiked with ignorance? You cannot respect an authority you perceive as less than yourself, whether you'd like to argue the semantics of their idiocy or not.
