Shakran's Law (also Shakran's Law of Clinton Relations Analogies) is a new adage of internet culture that was originated by Shakran (screen name of user on TFP, www.tfproject.org) in 2005.

This law states that: "As a discussion about the legality or morality of President George W. Bush's actions grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving President Bill Clinton's infidelity and sexual relations approaches 1."

Although there is no formal rule, most dismiss a post, and possibly even thread, once the comparison has been made.
