I use Kazaa Lite and have no apologies for it. If I download something I like, I usually go and get the album. I spend more money on music now then before Napster and Kazaa. I spend much less on music by the major labels and they are the ones who are suing. Independent music labels are in a boom period right now. Even when Kazaa is eventually shut down, there will always be another program to come along and take its place. Worst case scenarion is the RIAA closes down filesharing programs, there still is good ol FTP for music.
