I would be the type of person that would do that actually.
I am also having sleep issues. I have been waking up at 8am everyday of the week, but I am on the computer or doing other stuff until 2 or 3am, 5 days a week it seems like. I need to learn how to shut the computer off and go to bed before 11pm.
