i think they're missing an important point in trying to shut down these services. groups from far flung places that otherwise wouldn't be more than a garage band from uganda are becoming massive global acts because of this sharing...
i mainly use my kazaa to find stuff i wouldn't otherwise find in the stores. rare, obscure, and otherwise unavailable music is all readily available via kazaa... it's really a beautiful thing.
