I've eaten a lot, but never cooked any of it. I love it, but I'm not inclined to cook. My favorite thing about going to dim sum is the huge variety of little foods. It just doesn't seem worth it to cook for just a few people.
With that in mind, I'd go for the steamed dishes wrapped in the rice pasta stuff. They're probably the easiest and you could cook a variety in the same steamer.
