The man speaks the truth here. Back when I worked in welding supply, I used to field some service calls from customers whose machines wouldn't work. First words out of my mouth were always "Is the machine plugged in?" "Is it turned on?" You would be absolutely
amazed at how many times those two questions "corrected" the problem.
