If you can get an old Legend in good shape, they are much heavier, larger, more luxurious, huge trunk for a sedan, and more powerful than an Accord of the same vintage.

Usually ...but at least one exception is my '95 Supra turbo which IMO is the antithesis of boring ...also out of Meier_Link's budget range.
