At a Barnes and Noble working at the info center in the center of the store:
The Lady: "Excuse me, I'm looking for a book."
Me: "Ok. Can you tell me the title or who wrote it?"
The Lady: "Ummmm....no. I forgot. It has a red cover though and it turns out they were twins at the end."
