Bobby, That's just beautiful. Her hair & clothing is quite stylish for 1967. She stands out by color & light, looking all cosmopolitan in a very rural setting. Your picture also has that aged looked of analog color photos going all wonky magenta. AND lastly, you need to clean your scanner, but i kinda like all the dusty hairy bits - kinda lends to the fact that this indeed was not a photo taken today.
