I work the largest aluminum company in the world. Our productivity has increased, but our real wages have declined. Our 2% pay increase was wiped
out by an increase in our health insurance premium. Big companies find it's
easier to raise the bottom line by taking away from the blue collar worker.
Only the company gains by our increased productivity.
