Ryanair... eh, I remember once I flew with them from Frankfurt to Tampere(Finland), the plane landed 30 minutes early, literally 30 minutes. The pilot must be speeding... Anyway.

Then again if you would by chance go to/from Oslo, try www.norwegian.no - sometimes they get pretty cheap also- you can also try looking at kilroy, but I don't know if they do anything outside the Nordic region.

Europe is a lovely place- I miss it.
