I'm planning on making a big Irish-ish (
) feast of corned beef, potatoes, cabbage, short bread, Guinness, and whiskey for a bunch of fine folks on St. Patty's Day. I won't be keeping strictly to an Irish theme, as I'll also be including my world-famous cheesy garlic-mashed potatoes, but I'd like some input as to other menu items I can include.
Oh, and as a side note, any particularly Irish activities to propose for the party? All I can think of is getting rip roaring drunk, and fighting...
I have nothing against getting drunk, although we'll certainly have designated drivers in the crowd. And I'd like to avoid the brawling.
We have a little room in the back yard for sheep....
