Sakitini
3 oz Vodka
1/4 oz Saki
Cucumber slice
Add vodka and saki to a cocktail shaker, stir, strain into martini glass,
garnish with cucumber slice. This recipe yields 1 martini
As with any martini recipe, this can be made by the pitcher, adjusting the recipe for how many drinks you want to make at a time.

Mt. Fujiyaki
4 oz Saki
4 oz Mountain Dew
Pour into a tall glass over ice.

Haiku Martini
2 oz Saki
1 dash dry Vermouth
Pour into a shaker with ice, stir well to chill, strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cocktail onion.

Tokyo Rose
1 part Vodka
1 part Sake
1 part Midori melon liqueur
Mix in a mixing glass with ice. Shake well. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Hokkaido Cocktail
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Triple sec
1 oz Sake
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a martini glass, and serve.

Green Tea Potionb
1 ½ oz Vodka
½ oz unfiltered premium sake
1 oz green tea
shake all ingredients and strain into a chilled martini glass

Zen Breeze
1 part vodka
1 parts white cranberry juice (can use regular)
1 part green tea
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into an ice-filled tall glass. Garnish with mint sprig.

Green Tea (not exactly containing something Asian, but mixes to taste like tea
1 1/2 oz herbal liqueur (chartreuse,strega,izarra...)
1 oz sweet and sour mix
cola
Mix chartreuse and sour mix on top of ice in a collins glass. Fill with coca-cola (or pepsi) and, if you like, garnish with a lemon or lime slice.

That's all of the recipes I've got in my trusty recipe journal for drinks with Asian ingredients/themes.... I don't get much call for any of these, except for the Sakitini briefly several years ago, so I'm not sure what they all taste like.
