woah. that's a lot of trouble to go through for that. I figure its' got the base image of the girl with the blank sign, then checks your ip address for the city, writes it out, makes a JPG out of it, then automatically inserts it over the sign. . .
What program would you use to do that? Surely a porn site isn't writing their own code.
