Get thyself to another doctor! I had the same issue with the first two birth controls I was ever on- I'd take them about one in the afternoon, start itching around five, itch from five to nine at night, then stop itching. DON'T let the doctor tell you that it's not your birth control- unless you've recently changed laundry detergent/fabric softener/etc. But first, go off of BC for a cycle and see if the itching stops.
Yes, you can itch from birth control- it's an allerigc reaction. Yasmin uses a particular type of synthetic hormone- just like I was, you're probably allergic to whatever kind it is. No big whoop, just time to experement with your birth control some more!
