true friend. Most people would just look at her kind of funny, and start to slowly back out of her life. Thing is...you have to be prepared. It may very well come down to having to pick her up over your shoulder and take her to get help. She won't recognize the need for help. To her...it's all very much real, and she won't be able to understand why she is disbelieved or questioned.
