Ok. So I've been going at this for around 2 weeks now and I'm starting to see some results. I want to keep improving, and was wondering if anyone had any tips. I continually increasing the number of sets I do, and take full day breaks every other day.

Should I be changing my diet to help bulk up, or start taking (legal) pills and supplements?

Any other tips at all?
