Since when is anyone worried about doing something illegal? The point of this thread it connect the dots...and each of those dots is either illegal or counter to the best interests of the US, or both. The wiretapping thing is obviously illegal to anyone who understands the history of FISA, and that alone should be telling as to how far this has been allowed to come. Add illegal kidnappings and detaining people indefinatly, invading a country that did not have the means to be a threat to the US or it's allies, (at the very least) being complacent in the largest terrorist attack in American history, and warmungering that would make an emperor cringe....this is not a pretty picture, and it is certianally not a picture of legality.
