i do 430 push ups 4 times a week, so if you count last night and tonight that's 860 more for a total of 2430
(in case you are wondering i do 10 sets of 35 pushups and then immediately do a round of bicep curls, take a 15 to 30 second break and then do the next set. when i am done the 10 sets i then do 10 sets of 10 with a 10 to 20 second break between sets (5 deep breaths between each set) it hurts but its good)
