I just watched Rent and I gotta say it was much better than I expected. I thought It was much better than Chicago and Moulin Rouge but maybe it's because it felt more real even through bursting into song every 2 minutes does take away from the realism a bit. There were some good musical numbers but there was one song that I particularly liked, not because of the lyrics but the performace was just great. I think it was called Santa Fe, It's the one Collins sang in the subway car with the group sitting around.
