As amonkie pointed out, I was trying to imagine a situation where a guy would get semen in *his* hair, to gauge what his reaction would be. Maybe spitting it out sounds a bit odd, but I couldn't think of any other way to get it to his hair... maybe if he came in a dixie cup, and she poured it out on his head?
Spitting is most efficient.

Anyway, yeah, semen in hair is just not cool for many of us ladies. So, how would the guys feel with semen in their hair, no matter how it got there?
