I’m all for anything that intimidates Fred Phelps and his band of loonies.
That said, it would have been nice if the Patriot Guard had organized when Phelps protested Matthew Sheppard’s funeral or when he protested Maya Angelou’s appearance at Emporia State, which caused her to cancel said appearance. The reason he protested? She probably knows gay people and doesn’t rebuke their lifetstyle.
