That is the Bessborough Hotel, in Saskatoon Saskatchewan.
The camera is standing on the Vimy Memorial Bandshell, facing north.
It is the most picturesque building in Saskatoon, and next to the Provincial Legislature, the entire province.
And, BTW, although not originally a CP hotel, it fell under the same chain for years due to its historical nature. It is now part of the Delta chain of hotels.
This picture tells the great story of HOAR frost. Corract spelling, but people look at you funny when you say it. Yanks don't usually see it, and visitors are often overwhelmed by our "Diamond Trees" (as one japanese man once said)...
