They should score as many goals as possible - goal differential can and does happen in these tournaments, so score as many as possible.
If the Olympics or IIHF or whoever doesn't want stronger teams pounding weaker teams, they should set up a mercy rule (if you're leading 7-0 or something, call the game). Never understood why some people (like that idiot Don Cherry) want to blame the players when they are just doing their job. Blame the system. Unless the system changes, fire away.
