My current girlfriend and I did it last night and she didn't exactly enjoy it. We tried it when we both had sex (on all fours) and when I was going down on her. She didn't like it near as much as I did.
LAter that night (after um... 17 vodka shots or so) we pulled out the small vibrator that we have and we used it on me and it got me off really strongly. It was a mess when I finished.
