Yeah, I agree with everyone.
Even if it wasn't intentional or directly aimed at you, she definately knows she is eye candy for the men around her, wearing low cut tops and short skirts every day.
I'm pretty well-endowed in that area too, but I don't like being oogled at much...which is why I tend to NOT wear low-cut tops most of the time.
And if I do wear them, I go out knowing full well that men can see cleavage or more when at the right angle.
You are not a pervert. You are a guy. And as long as she's not flipping out at you for staring, I don't think you need to be too worried.
