Scarborough Civic Centre!
I was there for the opening by the Queen. Our public school band (John Buchan Sr PS) played for her.
Btw, see the sign on the crazy store that says: 'sober drivers Puck much better' ?
for a while, when he first painted it, the P in Puck was an F. He must have been forced to change it.
Prior to the current signage, there was similar stuff that really put the boots to the politcal figures of the mid '90's. in the same vein.
