I disagree- I think that the not relaxing comes from not having enough info about what to do while the act is going on. The more you're informed, the better you are at knowing what to expect. It used to hurt for me- not really hurt but sometimes it stang a little bit. Instead of tensing up, I realized that if Martel would just stop and let his penis rest inside me it would stop hurting after a few seconds.
Arm yourself with knowledge- it works wonders!
oh, and the booze thing is not recommended- you need to be in full control of your senses when you have anal sex because you can really seriously do some damage if you thrust too hard- and that can be hard to realize when you're drunk!
