Upon reading Sultana's comment here... this got me to thinking.
So i'm going to change me goal weight, and just lose about 5 pounds. I'm doing great this week! I won't do my weigh in yet until sunday... but i feel like my clothes are fitting better this week!
height weight charts put me at
127-141 as the range i should shoot for. So at 134 pounds... i think i'm right in there... but i want that last bit of perfect toning... so i'm shooting for about 129-130lbs.
